Running
For about three years now, I've been a (increasingly) consistent runner. In fact, since the Spring of 2003, I've been remarkably consistent -- maintaining a streak of having run every day, despite a few obstacles that have jumped in the way.
I love running. Even though there are times when I feel like I'm about to die, on the whole, running has become a very important part of my life. It's become so important to me that I've become a bit evangelical about running, and I encourage those around me to at least give it a shot.
If you're interested, you can learn about how I started running, and why I continue running still today. And if you're really motivated, why you should run too and a few tips and suggestions for starting out. If you're crazy like I am, you can look at my training log, with notes about all my runs since I started using my heart rate monitor, the Polar S610i.
